In Marfa, everywhere feels like almost vacant and density is very low. Housings are detached from each other and there are only few public spaces, decreasing sense of community.

In this situation, this project aims to maximize shared common spaces inbetween individual housings so that social interactions can take place more frequently, increasing the sense of community.
